Allround Music
« on: November 17, 2022, 11:34:17 PM »

Austrian CD label and publisher initially based in Hinterbrühl, Niederösterreich, now based in Wien. The still-active company also has offices in Rimsting, Bayern (Germany) and Luzern, Switzerland.

Curiously, the label seems to have borrowed its catalogue numbering system from the British The Music Library, with which it seems to have a partnership.

All releases are, to my knowledge, undated.

Curiously, the label seems to have borrowed its catalogue numbering system from the British The Music Library, with which it seems to have a partnership.

Actually, Allround's system seems to be more inspired by the one from Bruton Music (which they distributed in Austria (and Germany?) until mid-1990's), judging by the fact that the former's releases were color coded (and categorized) in similar way as in the latter library.

Samples for both Allround and The Music Library can be heard at:
http://www.allround-music.at/allround_background_allroundmusic_eng.xml
http://www.allround-music.at/allround_background_mlc_eng.xml

According to Rosita S. Romano of Allround:
Quote
The production of ALLROUND MUSIC Library started in 1993 and has been constantly supplemented. Actually it consists of 33 CDs.

So I'm not sure AMC01 and AMR01 ever existed
