I am curious: do Usample / BV albums have embedded, hi-res cover art (ideally 1500x1500 or better)? Or do the files arrive with low-res covers, like the 370x370 (or worse 
) images provided on the web page?
Like other commenters on this thread, little items like bad cover art or missing/messed-up metadata drive me nuts!

I can't answer you properly, but I assume they have high quality album art. To save time and space, they reduce the size (and, consequently, the quality) to upload to the website.
Considering the albums that were released on digital platforms, the arts were used in better resolution and quality.
