"Peg-Leg" by Norman Whiteley (Impress) was on Jan. 18, 1960 (Webley Webster objects to his lead-on music).
"Morning Flirtation" by Kurt Rehfeld (Impress) was on Mar. 29, 1960 (Tom Lowell's World Of Travel).
"Three Fanfares" by Kurt Rehfeld (Impress) on various Claude and Clyde Gourmet Clubs, including Nov. 20,1959.
"Rickshaw Ride" by Ronald Binge (Impress) Charlie Chu theme. Also used on Linus the Lionhearted as the So Hi theme.

I'm guessing the radio show used a mix of Sam Fox and Emil Ascher cues.
