Those interested in hearing more from Sonoton will definitely want to check out their own site Sonofind, which allows you to listen to loads of their records. I'm not sure if they have some of the earliest ones, like Underwater by Walt Rockman, but they have quite a lot of considerably 'vintage' albums like say Lady Robot and Robot Coutoure by Laszlo Bencker.

Yeah, that's good for discovering new things. But hearing a track with that annoying "sample...sample...sample" voice, it's horrible. Makes me only feel to get the whole record and have a relaxed hearing.

I have a pile of early Sonotons in the massive 'to-rip' pile.  Still ploughing though the De Wolfes for now.

What sample voice? I can't remember hearing such a thing in my own listening.

It's just a voice saying "sample" every 5 seconds.
At least here, on my end.

Strange... Sorry to hear it's doing that. I don't know why it wasn't like that on my own end. I've heard voices say 'track 1', 'track 3', etc. in a select few other library albums, usually jingle records, but not on what I've heard from Sonofind/Sonoton. Maybe it somehow depends on a visitor's location or something.

Can be. I am from Argentina, when I access the web I select "Poland" and I can listen to the music of Sonoton
