Isn't this just only a digital release?

I really dont know , i think it shouldnt be only digi , because i can for sure recall some material from this was used in here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJ2gK2FXQcU

So i guess there had to be vinyl release , i dont think it was  only tape release .

Im really wondering to hear original parts of what Mineo used for his work

If this is just digital re-packaging of older Major/Valentino releases, maybe you can just find out the original TJV cat# for the songs that interest you and go from there?

No worries, I'm just a bit confused as people rarely (if ever) request these Valentino digital reissues.
I'll second what Stack said here. Odds are much greater someone has the original vinyl release than the digital re-release.

I'll see if I can identify the origins of the cues - I'll get back to you on that.

Thank you guys for infos  ,
i still dont get this , you say its reissued as digital but there is no a single trace online of it - to buy it ?
Or it is just re-released with different name and cat.number? ,for sure confusing at least for me .
If there is buy link , i would buy the whole thing .

Now after you said its rarity of that proportions i dont even care about sound quality that much i just want to hear whats in there :D
and btw only thing i found is this list you posted under Labels/Valentino , i only know its cat# VT 047 , i believe other stuff is equally good .

tnx once again

This is a 'library' release, production music, it's not available for commercial purchase.
If you can find the tracklist, you can research the songs and find out what original vinyl release they came from.

Hey i just figured out some of those , but still it is under production music category

Earl Salisbury, Cyril Watters ‎– Production Music - (Major Records 6051)
Roger Roger, George Chase ‎– Untitled - (Major Records 58)
Nicolas Flagello, Giuseppe Gagliano ‎– In Orbit - (Major Records 6055)

i have to find more time to dig this properly out , but from what i figured out , it seems that Roger Roger is composer who got my attention the most .

Some records are available on Discogs but all of them only from USA , and most sellers dont send to europe  , which is understandable .
I only ordered 2 times from USA , its just way too much money for shipping sometimes triple the value of the record , and got 50 euro record broken and other time bent ... shame for me shame for ruining piece of history on wax .

hope this can help bit more
cheers

Ah, right! I get the feeling that Attilio Mineo LP was discussed on a previous iteration of the forum. I've read something about it somewhere, anyway.
From what I recall, the music you hear on the LP is all from Major Records, specifically the series of records with two-digit catalogue numbers (50-99) - Roger Roger and George Chase cues, I think.

The cues were originally released on 78 rpm records, then on LP, probably on CD and finally in the digital release you refer to in the thread title.
I don't have the three records you asked for above, but for that vintage sci-fi sound I think stuff like this would be a good start:
[Major Records] 59 - Untitled - Roger Roger

Thank you Mr very much
I didnt know they were first pressed on 78's .

My personal quest was to figure out what Attilio Mineo actually did on that release Man in Space ,
his process , equipment , limitations and so on .
Now after i heard originals , all i can say is that he did pretty damn good job , taking in consideration time when it was made and equipment .
He shaped really great album out of all those short compositions , mixing all these must have taken a lot of time .
To me result is way ahead of its time , i heard a lot of records and i can say his album was special , rememberable ,
that decent blend of real orchestral instruments and minimal electronic sounds stands out from a lot of takes in that field .
In the end Roger Roger and George Chase did great compositions , and Attilio repurposed them into something different and new .

Than you Mr again

Roger Roger - Dreamin Awake (A2 Gateway To Heaven   )
Roger Roger - Spell Of The Unknown (A3 Soaring Science )
Roger Roger - Electronic March (A6 Century 21 )
