Italian label under Pinciana Music, currently under Beat Records.
PRTV-103 has a sleeve design similar to that of Fashion Records and Sparrow Records.

Lol, I was right on Paola Record page on discogs when you posted this.

Ah, nice! I think we may also have found the label namesake here, then - "Cordì", Paola Corradini.
