Documentary Track IDs (early 90s)

Hello I am new to this forum, but allways had a love of Library music but struggled for years to find out what some of it is!

No idea where it's from but I like it. I might be able to do some digging if you know what documentary it's from.

Don't know this, but sounds like an older EDM track. I'd be surprised if this is from a library label.

It is from a Documentary called "Crewe Works - The Inside Story". It has also been used elsewhere hence my belief it is library music.
