London Weekend Television Start-Up

In the 1970's London Weekend Television would open transmissions with the jazzy swing number "A Well Swung Fanfare" by Don Jackson on KPM. But that was to lively to use when preceding the Sunday Morning Church Service at 11.00am. So a clasical piece was used. Please hear this at the below media fire link and it would be great if anyone can identify it please?
