Identifying Unknown Music Track from Children's Video

By clicking on the top link, you would be hearing a rare but awesome music track heard in a 1990s video series called Live Action Video for Kids/Real Wheels. Unknown, but it is from a 1994 video called "There Goes a Spaceship". It plays during the Saturn V sequence and the closing credits. Could be from a defunct music library no one has heard of it. If anyone can identify which library (known or unknown) has that track and who composed it, I would be very happy because I've been trying to find out where it came form for years.

UPDATE: This track is from a rare library called Dimension Champion.

I've been keeping my eyes peeled for the Dimension CD releases (they indeed exist) but haven't had any luck yet.
