When you said "loud house songs"...I was thinking why is this person asking for house music ID's on a library forum? LOL Shows how old and out of touch I am with today's TV stuff (assuming this is some TV show). Didn't know anything about the second 2.
The first one, although way too short to ID, but for the brief second I heard, sounded like some kinda 90's - current recorded retro knock off of Abba's Dancing Queen. Maybe check APM Music under Kosinus Music library for that one as they have a ton of those kind of cues.
