Very nice find, thank you! Step by step, we're getting a clearer image of what this label was like - by now, it seems the label was  closely tied to Claudio Gizzi, who is behind most of its releases.

Is this a regular commercial release, with vocals, lyrics and everything?

It seems some (all?) of the material from FLY was reissued digitally in 2014 under Corrado Plaickner's "Rekon" label.
It's not labelled as such, but you can find library material here, 'disguised' as regular easy listening material. Compare "Music Drops" by Tiziana Rinaldi:
