The Synchro Library of Recorded Music
« on: December 22, 2018, 04:03:27 PM »

British arm of Sam Fox, headed by Dennis Berry, who also headed the Southern label (and apparently Conroy, too). Mostly features tracks from the American Fox label, as well as tracks composed by British composers seemingly for this label. Other cues on this label were likely licensed, there are cues from Dutch and French (likely from Synchro-Disc) composers on here as well.
Unless noted, all cues are performed by the "Grosvernor Studio Orchestra", who may or may not actually be a pesu. for other orchestras.
Label was active from 1957 to 1959.

The library was founded in the mid-to-late 50's, and essentially served as Sam Fox' British/European distributor. It was also yet another library headed by Den Berry.

I think I have a listing for the label somewhere. I'll get back to you on that

There is also another track from the Sam Fox library. "Rhapsody Rag" by Bud L. Cross. Reissued on CPM Music as "Honky Tonk Rag" by Lee Jacobs.
