Polish CD/digital label under Sound-Pol z o.o., based in Warszawa. Also known as "Sound-Pol Biblioteka Muzyczna".
I'm no expert on Polish law, but apparently running a commercial library label in Poland for many years was not really possible due to restrictions in publishing/copyright legislation. Following a change in the Polish copyright law in 1994, the possibility of such a business finally arose, and Sound-Pol cropped up as one of the first, featuring both sound effects and a music library.
