Title: Unknown music from 1988

I wannna know that very obscure music. Used by ABC for 1988 Indy 500 starting grid. YouTube and Shazam doesn't identify it, so that music is not from popular libraries like UPM, KPM, Bruton etc. Will be very thankful for your answers!

The music is called  “Pennant Fever ”

Album : MS3 Sports 3

It came from the Musikos Library, later known as the Davenport Music Library

Luckily, someone in the forum shared the album this music is on
