I used to have some doubt about legitimacy of this lossless.
But although I'm not an expert, I would say the waveforms are a bit low not because of the cut-off of the higher frequencies, but because of the absence of dynamics on this very quiet music.
Here it is by the way. Judge by yourself.

I'm not a great expert as well, compared to my mp3s it sounds a bit more precise especially in "Mystery On The Thames" but maybe it's just me.. :-)
