The opening music is "The Spirit Of Industry (Part 5)" by Trevor Duncan, and at 18:39, it's "Betty Boop" by Squire Mason, both from Boosey and Hawkes 78s on OT.2316 and O.2330 respectively.

Well, the tracks have been seen on Cavendish Archive CDs, but the 78s haven't been posted on this forum.
