[Amphonic Music Ltd] - AVF 40 - Sound Stage - Action Pack (1986)
For a looong long time I was looking for a copy of this seemingly rare, but delicious, Amphonic 80's synth pop album - and now recently I found one!
It's from two of my favorite electronic library artists named Patrick Wilson & Adam Routh, who both has produced a whole bunch of great records for Bruton including another favorite of mine called "BRH24 - Accent On Rhythm", so if you digged that album you are definitely going to dig this one as well.
The album name Action Pack might sound like it would contain alot of fast-paced and forceful tracks, but according to me, this album has a pretty smooth and groovy electronic flow to it.
Tracks like "Nightclub Contender", "Driving Force" and "Awayday" are all great but they sound very differently in terms of rhythm and sound.
What I finally want you guys to be aware of with my rip before downloading, is that the track "A1 Tour de France" has some major surface noise to it in the first 30-40 seconds or so, due to the record being slightly scratched on the outer edge... It is out of my control to do anything about. However, there are many great tracks on this album (including the three I mentioned above) so this is definitely a mixed candy bag with some sweets you could sure have a bite from. Enjoy. :)

Do you want me to check mine and see if Track A1 is okay? I can rip it if it is.

- "Mirage" AVF-20
"Body Electric" AVF-21
"Toccata" AVF-20
"Funky Bear" AVF-21
"Enigma" AVF-20
"Interaction" AVF-20
"Flying Colours" AVF-20
"Innovation" AVF-20
