Small Italian label under Intersong Italiana Edizioni Musicali s.r.l., presumably tied to the French Chappell's TVMusic (https://librarymusicthemes.com/index.php?topic=94.0). Now under Warner/Chappell.

Well, there's no "I" in "team" - but there certainly is one in "Intersong". Thanks for the correction ;)
