That is a 1977 Sam Spence piece titled 'Look At Me', one of the hundreds of pieces he composed for NFL Films over his many years with them.  As he was often wanton to do though, he borrowed heavily from another work for this one, which was a piece titled 'Look Me Over' from the 1961 musical 'Wildcat' starring Lucille Ball.
